Situated on a golf course, this four-bedroom, three-bath residence is what you have been waiting for. Your spot is conveniently located near Georgetown College and Toyota Manufacturing, 16 miles from Frankfort’s Paul Sawyier Library, and 17 miles from Lexington’s Central Library, offering suburban tranquility.
The monthly fee includes use of the common area, washer, and dryer. Toiletries, food, soap, detergent, utilities, etc., are not included. Roomies MUST show stable employment.
It would be best to message me on the roomies platform for any initial questions. Then, we can set a time to meet (virtually or in person). If fit is mutually agreed by all, the room is secured when the following fees are paid: non-refundable application $150/ admin $50/ security $50.
For the safety of those in the home, certain info will not be shared without verifying that you are a real person (just a sign of the times): home address, resident names, phone numbers, and resident numbers. Scamming is real and I take the safety of everyone in the home seriously. As such, an opportunity to meet with and ask questions of other residents is a part of the process.
I’m a 53-year-old doctoral student working in the education field. Originally from Michigan, I enjoy traveling, morning walks, and trying new food. While I love dogs, I’m too busy to have one, and cats give me the willies. I embrace inclusivity, believe in celebrating diversity and community, am quiet and easy to get along with, and looking for the same in a roommate. Above all, the ideal roommates will be respectful of the roommates and the home, and have a vehicle. Please be aware that smoking/ vaping is not permitted in the home. Additionally, overnight guests are not permitted.
