I have lived in this home since 2002. It’s in a great area, with zero crime and ample street parking. I have cameras that watch and monitor the house 24/7.

Easy access to 85, 87, and 101 freeways. There are shopping areas within close vicinity and walking distance. Costco, Lucky & Safeway Grocery stores, and Target are also in the area. DMV, Social Security and Banks are also close by. The location is really great. A trail behind the house for walks or runs. The neighborhood is great and all neighbors watch out for one another.

The area also has easy access to public transportation, Light rail, and Caltrain within 8 minutes from the home.

This listing is for one room in the house. The room has its own Air Conditioner for the summer, directly across from the bathroom. The bathroom is shared. There is a full kitchen to cook with a brand new stove with griddle. There is a new washer and dryer for usage as well.

There is also storage space in the garage for light items and boxes and a loft for you to store things if needed.

There is a PS5 in the living room area and Dolby Surround Sound for movies.

The bathroom has its own bathroom but is shared amongst you and the other Tennant. It’s kept very clean and tidy.

There is a huge front & backyard, a patio to entertain guests, BBQ, or socialize. The house is also dog-friendly, and the Landlord is ok with pets. I have a smaller mini Labador who is super duper friendly and loves people.

I am looking for long-term housemates or someone who wants to stay indefinitely.

A Full background check will be needed for rental of the property, and a reference check from previous landlords or stays.

The Master Tenant is an Engineer, and works primarily from Home but often travels alot.

A Professional Dj and Producer, Musician and works in the Nightlife/Entertainment Industry. I also am a Import Tuner and work on my own car in the garage.

Loves to play games and unwind, and take an easy weekend when at home.

The 2nd Roommate is a Mechanical Engineer and mostly keeps to himself, works, and is away on the weekends.

The person renting the room will have full access to the property. Kitchen for cooking, patio for entertainment and full use of amenities.

We both believe in open communication in the household. All utilities are shared and split evenly.
