We are looking for people to respectfully share this beautiful old house, built on one acre of land in the scenic little town of West Swanzey, NH. It is located 5.5 miles from central Keene. The house is fully furnished, has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, common kitchen, other common rooms, parking, gardens, oil and wood heat, deck and patio, and a beautiful yard. Rent amount will depend on chosen room/rooms, between $750 and $1,000 per room due by the 1st day of each month, and includes snow removal, heat, water, wi-fi, and electricity. A character and/or previous rental reference is required along with the first month’s rent, plus a deposit equal to that amount at the time of agreement.
Presently occupied by 5 working adults–2 women and 3 men. Different work and sleep schedules results in very little congestion and congenial relationships.
