Private room with recently remodeled en-suite bathroom available in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the award-winning Seagate Colony community in Aliso Viejo. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. The condo has an excellent layout for privacy the living room sits between the two bedrooms, which do not share any walls. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. I occupy the other room.

Just 10 minutes from Laguna Beach’s Main Beach and very close to Irvine Spectrum Center, the location is perfect for beach lovers and anyone who enjoys shopping, dining, and entertainment. The community offers fantastic amenities including two pools/spas and a fitness center.

You’ll also have access to the unit’s assigned parking spot.

Utilities: Water is included in the rent. Electricity, gas, and internet are not included (tenant’s responsibility and will be split between the 2 of us).

Cooking is okay and you will have access to the latest kitchen appliances.

Looking for someone who is respectful, CLEAN and responsible who will keep the common area neat and clean.

This rental is for single occupants only. No pets allowed. Non-smokers only. Social drinking is okay.

The Condo will be shared with Professional male in early 30s who is clean and respectful. I have an active lifestyle. I love having occasional outdoor activities with friends.
