A large room with a walk in closet, comes with access to in home washer and dryer fully furnished living room, all appliances dishwasher, and refrigerator. Also has access to Jacuzzi, Pool , Dog park and a nice a view as the apartment is on the top floor with a balcony. We also accept couples you are able to share the room with another individual there is even enough room for two beds and enough closet space. If that is the case we will all split the rent $800 a piece between the 3 of us which will also cover all utilities. There is also 24/7 security of the property and a fob for the mail room and parking garage will be included as well as i am willing to pay half of the parking permit for the individual or individuals.

Currently it is just me and my girlfriend, I currently work almost 50-60 hours a week so i am hardly home we are very clean and respectful and are looking for roommates who are the same and we are also cannabis friendly and so is our building which is really cool especially for a luxury apartment complex.
