The room is actually two rooms. One of them is a sunroom and is completely private. The other is technically common space as it has a staircase leading to the kitchen (but is not the only staircase), but I don’t use it for anything, so it’d be all yours! The sunroom is literally wall-to-wall windows, so the temperature can vary quite a bit, being cooler at night and warmer during the day, but it does have vents for heating and cooling. It can get pretty chilly at night during the winter, but it’s not too difficult to keep it warm!
Note: The pictures show a bunch of furniture/plants, but those belong to the current tenant and will be going with them when they move out. The furniture in the pictures showing the living room and the theater room (the rooms with wooden floors) is mine and will still be there.
The rest of the house is fairly big with two floors and a basement as well as a decent-size back yard with a fire pit. I have a home-theater room with a big projector that I typically play games in and sometimes watch shows, but don’t mind sharing it (as long as I’m not using it).
Hi, I’m Austin! I enjoy board games and Dungeons and Dragons and may occasionally host game nights, but my dnd groups typically play elsewhere.
Otherwise I like to keep to myself at home, either playing video games or doing schoolwork or whatever else. I’m generally fairly clean and organized, but I’m also patient and try to be helpful.
