update 5/12: The rooms open again, Ive met some awesome people and made a couple lifelong friends through this. This is a great place to be and I’m looking forward to sharing the place with the next cool person. I’ll need to update the pictures soon, this place is quite a bit more comfortable then when I took those.

You’ll be getting a big room with a big closet, high ceiling, ceiling fan, and a big window. Use the whole apartment, it’s your house too now.

About me, I’m 40,I’ve got a ton of hobbies, playing guitar, recording music, 3D printing, I don’t drink at all, I dont smoke anything, I’m not religious, I like going to the gym every other night, I cook pretty well,I like vintage synthesizers and working on them. into classic rock and industrial music. ive got a motorcycle. I teach guitar lessons. i work my ass off to have this place so please do the same and we can simultaneously improve our lives.
