It is a 2 story family style home. If you have your own furnishings then I can remove the ones I currently have. This room has a queen bed, dresser, night stand and desk. I work from home as well. It is a calm, family friendly neighborhood.. Theres a neighborhood pool, a lake to walk to and a park. We keep the house very clean so we would like someone that is tidy and clean.
