Quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood! 3,600 sq. foot home located right off Leisure Town road; it is only 10 minutes from Travis AFB, 5 minutes from downtown Vacaville and 3 minutes off I-80. This room comes with huge three-door closet, nice sunset views from its big window and a Jack and Jill bathroom that you won’t have to share until October 2026 as your roommate will be gone for 6+ months. We have a private front patio area and a backyard that you can lounge or bbq in. The room is located on the second floor of the house. The rent is $1200 per month and we split utilities evenly at the end of every month. Room measurements are 11’ x 12 1/2’ with an 8’ ceiling, remote controlled fan and lights.
