This room is only PARTLY FURNISHED! It comes with big closets for LOTS of clothes and shoes (including storage boxes above the closets), all the shelving units and bookcases you see in the pictures + a nice little cabinet with plates, cups, coffee mugs and flatware. There is NO table and NO bed (previous renters have always used own queen size bed). We may be able to help if you need a bed and/or table.

Our family: Female owner and adult son age 27. We live upstairs. Two renters live on the main floor with a shared kitchen and living room with fireplace. You are welcome to use the yard and BBQ. We also have a small exercise room in our garage that you are welcome to use (see last pic).

We have a dog in case you are allergic. My son is very allergic to cats so we can’t have any cats.

C-Tran Bus #30 (Burton) stops right outside our backyard, within walking distance of Rite Aid on 162nd Ave. Our home is located close to 162nd Ave & 39th st. (dead-end street with a cul-de-sac at the end) see street pics.
