Spacious room available with a shared bathroom (you’ll share this bathroom with only one other male college student). Our home is in a gated community, providing a safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. We have cats that roam freely throughout the house, so please keep this in mind if you have allergies. All utilities (gas, electricity, internet, and water) are included. The house is spacious 3300sqft providing a lot of space to accommodate. This room is located upstairs. You’ll be sharing the home with (up to) four adults.

I’m a 32f flight attendant, and I’ll be living here with my cats, whose safety is our top priority. We’ve shared our space with roommates for almost seven years, so we’re familiar with the arrangement. We’re outgoing, and while we’re easygoing with rules, we do ask that you respect everyone’s privacy, personal space, and keep common areas clean and tidy. If you have any questions or requests, we’re more than happy to discuss ways to accommodate both you and our roommates.
