We are a couple looking for a female only 21+ Age to rent our space. Space for rent is a room with small Closet and separate entry to the room. All utilities are included with Laundry usage one day of the week. There is a shared bathroom, The space comes unfurnished however we can furnish it upon request. NO PETS. NO MALES. NO MALES VISITORS. The house is located near all local high ways such as RT 46 & 80. All shopping is no more than minutes away from downtown, 7 minutes from the Rockaway Mall.
