About the room
Apartment available beginning 02/01 in a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath apartment. We’re month to month - you would replace the departing roommate on the lease.
The room is small and unfurnished, fitting a double sized bed and dresser. The apartment itself is relatively big - all four bedrooms are on the second floor. The first floor has a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace. Washer and dryer unit is upstairs. Common areas are furnished. Utilities are around $100/mo. The apartment is also less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH.
