We are about 15 minutes from downtown Sevierville, Knoxville is about 20 minutes to downtown. This is a nice clean home BUG FREE!!! The bedroom comes with bed, dresser, nightstand and a tv. Bathroom right outside your bedroom. You would need to provide your own bedding and necessities for your self.( food, bath room hygienes ect ). THIS IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY NO ANIMALS $750 a month includes everything ( wifi, electricity, water, sewer, trash and lawn maintenance) $600 deposit $300 is non refundable cleaning fee. $300 would be refundable when you depart. We do have security cameras for the outside of our home so everyone feels safe

We do have fur babies (1 small dog and 1 cat)so therefore no more animals. We both work and are very quiet people, introvert, laid back, easy going, we don’t want no drama or someone who is in and out all hours of the night! We would like someone who works, responsible and very clean with their area and their self.
