Smoking allowed in backyard, other low-energy dogs will be considered, sorry no cats. Utilities not included, but have averaged about $100 per person, per month.
The current roommate is a friendly professional in her mid-30s who primarily works a lot, loves the outdoors, and has the occasional house guest over, but prefers a more low-key lifestyle. A low-energy senior dog lives in the home. The second roommate living on the main floor also works full-time and is very friendly and handy around the house.
