About the room

This is a second floor apartment of a house. The landlord lives downstairs. No smoking in the building, would need to go off property. Close to CCSU and Bus line is like literally 5feet, 2 mins. The room has a door that locks. Decent sized shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living room. I have a cat but there is only room for one animal, so no animals. Room is not furnished, there is a med/small sized closet and a secured back porch used for storage. Utilities are usually about 160, so 80 split between two people. Plenty of parking.
