Hello all! I will have 1 room available for rent soon. Furnished with a queen bed, but can be unfurnished if needed. Located in the Southern Highlands neighborhood (89141). It has direct access to the freeway and is near a lot of shops. Bathroom will be shared with roommates downstairs. Kitchen and laundry available for use.

This room is for single occupancy only. We’re looking for a clean, quiet and mindful roommate with stable income who will respect other roommates, shared spaces and house rules. Must be a non-smoker (cannabis, tobacco, vaping). Please contact me if interested, thanks! :)

We are all mindful adults who keep to ourselves, but we also enjoy having a conversation from time to time. Currently there are 4 tenants plus 2 cats occupying the house. 2 people occupy the master upstairs while the other tenants are downstairs.
