No more having to walk out side when it’s raining or going inside a freezing cold or hot car because your car will always be protected! Your future room is located downstairs, separate from the other 3 roomies upstairs if you really desire more privacy! You are also located right next to the laundry room right outside your fingerprint locked bedroom! Newly renovated kitchen is upstairs and a shared dining room and living area are provided if you want casual conversations with your roomies! To book this room send us a message including the dates you’d like to book along with any questions. We’ll then send you a background check, upon approval we’ll send a lease and set you up for online payments!
House is located just minutes from grocery stores (<2min), Starbucks (<2min), CVS/Walgreen (<2min), interstate (<3min), and next to various restaurants of your liking! All utilities, house cleaning, and lawn care included in your monthly rent, so no worries about any surprises and be able to budget efficiently for your needs!
