Tenant will occupy a room alone. You will share the family room, main bathroom and downstair half bathroom with other two tenants at $900.00. Room will be available after 09/15/2026 It is required background check and proof of income through Roomies before the showing. The 4 bedroom and 2 and half bathroom house will be occupied by 4 people including retired female owner. The room is fully occupied. Utility bills and Wi-Fi are included. There are four medical universities within 6 miles. Working distance to one hospital, Supermarket Rastelli, Target and Promenade Open Shopping Center. Churches, Pubs, Sports bar, Movie theater within 5 minutes. Safe, Friendly and Nice neighbors. Year around beautiful flower garden at the back yard. No pets,. No drug. No smoke.
