It’s more than just a private room, it’s HOME!

The furnished private room is in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house on a quiet cul de sac in The Woodlands. The bedroom has a standard closet, with hardwood floors, and a locking doorknob, should you choose to use it. All bedrooms with the exception of the master bedroom are upstairs. The bathroom is shared upstairs and kindly clean the bathroom up when finished. The common areas are the living, kitchen, dining room, and the spacious back yard. Enjoy them, use them, I just kindly ask you clean up after you’re done and take care of things. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for use. There are two options for parking. You may park in the driveway or cul de sac.
This truly is home and want all the roommates to know they just found home. If you need a furnished bedroom, with amenities at an affordable price(utilities included in rent), don’t mind dogs, with awesome roommates, and five minutes away from The Waterway and The Woodlands Mall look no further!

Both of the other roommates are professional males in the early 30’s. They both enjoy gaming. They are very easy going, trustworthy, and respectful of others.
