I am renting out the master bedroom in my house. We will share a bathroom. You will have kitchen privileges, cupboard and fridge space. There is also a washer and dryer on property. I ask you have a full time job and able to show proof. Job must be outside of home. Parking available in front of house. Security cameras and there is outside storage available.

Room can come furnished if needed.

Rent: 900 month + 900 security deposit Monthly rent includes utilities.

I am in my 30’s work full time.
