I am a working professional trans female. You should be LGBTQ friendly, enjoy some socializing and not be too much of a introvert. I’m sociable, enjoy good conversation and even enjoy small gatherings on the weekend with friends occasionally. This is NOT a party house and you should expect to respect each others down time and “quiet” time after a reasonable time in the evening. Friends & overnight guests are acceptable, just be respectful of the length of visit of all guests. Couples would only be considered on a case by case basis and rent would be moderately higher to offset increase in utilities.
Safe curbside parking in the summer, off-street parking in the winter could be available and there is ample room for storage in clean dry basement. Sorry, I am allergic to cats, so cats are NOT an option. Small dogs would be considered if they are well behaved.
