Furnished as seen in picture with queen size brand new mattress. It also has its own dedicated patio area outside of your private entrance. Room has ceiling fan and newer floors.

LOCATION: The house is 10 min walking distance from Publix, dollar tree, Starbucks, a smoke shop, and other small businesses/restaurants. Walmart and Target are a 5 min drive away. Located 10 min drive from deerfield beach pier off of US1. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

COST: 1000$/mo + electric divided by # of household occupants (you will be one of 3). There will be 300$ security deposit collected at move in which will be returned to you upon move out.

AMENITIES: The room comes with a mini fridge. WiFi and trash/water are included with base rent. Laundry on site. Parking available for 2+ cars too! All kitchen appliances are brand new. Washer/dryer brand new. There are 2 large fruit producing mango trees on the property that you are welcome to eat fruit from. There is also a coconut tree that you are welcome to eat fruit from.

SHARED SPACES: Bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared.

PET FRIENDLY: There is 1 trained rescue dog on premises that will not be in your space. You must be OK with dog in some main areas.

Month to month agreement. 30 days notice to move out.
