Hello I have 2 bedrooms that I would like to rent out at the same time. One is furnished and the other one is not. You will have your own private bath unless you rent only one room. I would have to rent out the other one, so it would become a shared bath. This is perfect for a couple or a single individual to have their own room and an extra room for storage, a game room, or additional space for work or business. It will be available mid September —all bills included except electricity. I work full-time and travel a ton, so I’m barely home. That means you will be the only one and the house will be pretty much yours (unless you only rent one room then you will have another roommate). I want a trustworthy professional to take care of my property when I’m away.

Monthly lease only (possibly longer)

• 600+ credit score
• I’m not opposed to pets, but I need to know what pet
• At least make 2 times the rent a month
