Double wide 3 bedroom trailer . Cable internet and everything included. Plenty of cabinets and cupboards space, I emptied them out. I have two regular size refrigerators. Sun room and porch. Quite street plenty of parking. Two minutes from most restaurants, library, town hall and many other things you could want or need
I’m 60, cancer survivor. Etc on disability. Pretty clean. I don’t smoke and don’t allow it in the house or on the porch. Cannot breath around smoking. Meals are separate unless we agree on a meal to share. Pizza etc.
I have two small dogs that are 9 years old. The toy poodle gets a long with other small dogs. The other is a pekanees and weighs 13 pounds, she don’t like other dogs.
One cat only, I’m allergic but other pets are welcome. I have a large TV in the living room that can be shared.
