I have a room for rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom house with plenty of parking and a big backyard. We are located in a great area of Elk Grove near Laguna Blvd. I apologize for the photos the room will be completely cleaned out!

I am a single mom who works from full time and attends Sac State full time. My 5 year old son lives with me full time. We have two outdoor cats and a boxer who is 1 named Princess. I would be open to a single mom with a small child. Prefer no other animals because she’s a puppy but would be open for the right fit.
