I’m looking for someone to fill my room. my apartment is a 4x4, so 4 bed and 4 bath. each person has their own room with their own bathroom. there is a common area which includes of a living room and kitchen. the only bills that one would be responsible for is renters insurance (which is $10) and electricity.

I’m looking for someone who isn’t loud. I’m looking for someone is respectful and considerate of others. My other roommates are really kind and keep to themselves. They are not loud and you can hardly notice that they are there. They don’t start drama and they hardly come out from their rooms. It’s a peaceful living space. There is no need to worry about loud neighbors or loud roommates. The room Is really spacious.
