• Non-smokers, non-alcoholic please, and no pets allowed.
• Visitors are OK, but overnight guests are not allowed.
• First and last months’ rent + $500 security deposit = $2000 to move in.

You’ll be living with 3 other roommates. 2 of the roommates live in the large studio room in the back with their own bathroom so you only have to share with me and one other roommate. We prefer nighttime (after 9pm) to be very quiet.
