01 pretty ,cozy room is well furnished with bed , dresser , smart TV , table with chair ,clothing closet … The room ($650 ) will be available on July 24th,2026 . The deposit: $400 The lease term : 3-6 months .The first month of rent will be due on the move in date + security deposit .

The house is located on a peaceful and safe Eastside neighborhood on a quiet main road about 7 minutes drive to Western Michigan University campus, Kalamazoo College , about 17 minutes to Kalamazoo Valley Community College and 3-4 minutes to Downtown Kalamazoo, which offers stores , shopping malls restaurants, night clubs , bars and train station and the bus stops are within your walking distance from the house .

The kitchen ,microwave, refrigerator , Washer/ Dryer are shareable .

There is a full bathroom in the upper floor. The second shower room with the sink and 1 separate restroom both are located in the basement .

With Smart Keyless entry doors that are convenient for roommates . Outdoor Security camera system helps offer more protection and extra peace of mind for everyone .

There is a spacious parking area ( private driveway) at the back of the house . There is also a deck with a pretty gazebo attached outside in the driveway for everyone to hang out .

If you want a place that’s drama free, peaceful, clean and organized (just chill , cool guys living in harmony and peace in the house,) , this is the one you want to look for no further . This house is also suitable for students and professional workers .

A cool guy loves traveling,hanging out with friends at the bars at weekends and hitting the gym . kind of easygoing, considerate , and laidback but one thing I expect my roommates to observe the house rules which are no smoking/drug, no kids , no pets in the house.
