Jade's room

We have 1 room available starting February 1st. The room has eood floors, closet, and shared bathroom. Utilities and wifi are included. The house is large with multiple common rooms and a large kitchen that has lots of cabinet and pantry space. The house has A/C and heating along with laundry on site. There is a linen closet for extra storage as well as some space in the garage and shed. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is very quiet.

There is one person in the master bedroom. One male roommate snd two female roommates upstairs and one other female downstairs. We all work full time and are fairly busy. Most of us are pretty introverted but friendly and social when we do see eachother. We are cat friendly and is one cat that stays in their room the majority of the time. We are respectful of eachothers space and belongings. We get along and communicate well with eachother.
