I would sign a 6 month lease 1000 to move in its 3 minutes from Downtown Dayton in a decent neighborhood I do have bond fires and love music but am very respectable and need the same. Landry is in the basement. I have 4 floors including the basement. This could great and be long term if needed. I’m easy to deal with. The living room area is available you won’t have to sit in your room all day. Private full restroom on the upper floor and a toilet on the second floor thats being redone now. Parking on the main street and side street Im 43 no kids in the home just me and the pets. Newly done kitchen and living room.
