We’re offering a cozy, fully furnished room with a working desk area and a PRIVATE 4.5 cu. sq. ft. fridge. You will never lose space for your own food! The room has a full ATTACHED (ensuite) bathroom with an entrance to the bedroom, giving you a valuable sense of privacy. You will have full access to the kitchen, including your designated shelf and drawer spaces. Washer and dryer included. All bills are included. The neighborhood is strategically located within walking distance of a gym (Planet Fitness), park, bank, pharmacy, and grocery store (Publix). The complex also has its own gym. This is a gated community! If you want peace of mind, this is the place for you.

We are moving away in October so the maximum stay is 4 months.

I live in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with my husband. We are friendly, quiet, and respectful. We never smoke or drink and rarely have guests at the house, so if you are looking for a peaceful environment, this would be great for you.
