Spacious home in quiet neighborhood in heart of Dunwoody blocks from GA State Perimeter College Campus and Marcus JCC, close to Sandy Springs, Roswell, Brookhaven and Chamblee. Roommate will have their own living room, bedroom and bath. Shared kitchen and laundry. Furniture can be removed so roommate can bring their own bedroom furniture or use what I have. Double closets. No couples. Rented to single person only.
