Your new home in the HEART OF DUNDEE! Near UNMC. A beautiful historic home, with all modern appliances, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
Have only 2 rooms for rent. Each person will likely have their own private bathroom. Price is dependent on the room selected and possibly flexible.
The room is currently not furnished, but can be for an additional small fee. Happy to help in any way I can!
About the roomies
Looking for a young professional, ideally a student from UNMC, Creighton, or UNO. Someone who is respectful and hard-working but also sociable.
I will also live there! I am an Omaha native and young professional who is pretty career and health motivated. I work full time, some times from home. In my free time, I enjoy art, biking, lifting, playing tennis and basketball, reading, watching movies, studying entrepreneurship, and checking out new bars/restaurants around Dundee!
There are currently no other roommates. The place is large enough to have your own space but will also share common areas. I am also happy to share some of my items like cooking utensils, TV, etc.
