About the room
Iām looking for a roommate
to find & share a 3 bedroom, 2+ bathroom house
within 30 miles of downtown LA.
Hopefully each person will have their own bathroom.
Or if you have a house already
& need a roommate that could work too.
We want to get a house with a garage
and a fenced in backyard -
as I will have our family cat with me.
Iām OK if you have pets.
A dog is fine as long as they are cat-friendly.
I have to find a place in May
to talk about it.

About You: Someone who will go on the lease and stay at least thru the end of the summer. We can always sublet if you have to move later. Your working with a good job & rental history. An outside smoker only.
