Females Only. Sorry folks, only renting room to a single female. Lovely home in custom ranch style home on a quiet culdesac in south Sacramento near Parkway, Florin Road and highway 99. It is a furnished room with a queen size bed. You would have your own half bathroom (no photo available) and use the shower in the full bathroom (see photo). For the most part this is a quiet home so no parties, no animals or children or overnight guests. But certainly if a relative comes in from out of town and needs to stay a couple of nights, that would be possible. This is a smoke and drug free home.

Other people living in the home are my mother and she’s the homeowner, plus one other female tenant attending Sac State. I am listing this for my mom and managing the rental process. She’s a friendly retired female who likes to read, dance, keep her house in good shape, spend time with family and watch t.v.
