This is a gated apartment complex with swimming pool and fitness center with everything within 2 minutes walk ( trash, pool, fitness, office, laundry and mailbox). Two stairs up on one side of the building and one stair up from another side. Bed room is not furnished. Rent is flat $850 or 50/50 on rent, utilities, internet, renter’s insurance and paste control and laundry This property is near by NC-HY 55, 5 minutes walk to Aldi, Food lion, Walgreens and some fast foods. Most of the shopping centers are within 2 miles. Kitchen and drawing room is shared, as I am vegetarian I am looking for someone be mindful of cooking meat.

It is just me in the apartment. My son, my parents and my sisters come visit me once a while. I keep the space clean so expect the same.
