About the room

We are looking to rent out our entire basement. Basement comes with an entire living area, a bed room and a renovated bathroom with a shower! Kitchen is upstairs and will have to be shared. We have a big back yard for dogs and a hot tub. All utilities are included in the price of rent. Bedroom has a metal king size frame and will have a mattress. Price negotiable.

About the roomies

Me and my wife are both full time workers with 2 kids ages 21 months and a 3 year old. With you being down stairs blocks roughly 80% of the noise but it’s completely understandable not wanting to live in a house with kids. We are looking for a female or a couple to occupy our basement and live here as long as they would like!
