Hi everyone! A little about the space. Great area, close to trails, parks, schools, grocery stores and entertainment. Situated between Surprise, Peoria, and glendale. It’s about 8 minutes from westgate. About 30 min to scottsdale.

There are 2 fully furnished as well as one empty room if you have your own furniture. Currently there is only one person living here.

The backyard is spacious and has plenty of space for your pets to roam. There is a small trail right behind the home. Anything else ask!

Hi ya’ll, I’m 23 and I’m looking to room with people within the same age range.

Hobbies: Love going to the gym, training mixed martial arts, eating good food and unwinding at the house with a good show/movie or a softball game with friends.

Honestly I mainly keep to myself and am looking to find a roommate that would be considerate, clean, and respectful.

Currently working two jobs so I am not home very often but when I am I’m mostly either cooking, gaming, or hanging out in my room or living room.

Right now it’s just me so the 2nd bathroom would be all yours. If we vibe right we can keep the roommate situation to the two of us.
