Hello, we are currently looking for a nice roommate to join our very spacious 3 bedroom apt. The move in date is June 1st. There is an elevator in the building and laundry in the basement. The apartment is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods and Fairway grocery store and 4 blocks distance from the 4,5,6 and Q train. The entire apt is furnished excluding the bedroom that’s available which includes a half bathroom. We would like a clean roommate who won’t bring the party back home. Must have pay stubs and sign a sublease to the current tenant who you will be replacing. Also must sign a ONE year lease that begins July 1st. Here is the breakdown of prices:

June 1 you pay $1600 deposit and $1600 for rent totaling in $3200. July 1st and every month after that rent will still be $1600 each month which will be directly deducted from you bank account to our Building Management Company. Utilities which include Wi-Fi, Electricity, and Cable are usually $70 in the fall and winter time and $120 in spring and summer time.

1st roommate is a 30 year old female Account Executive and 2nd roommate is a 25 year old PHD professional. We are clean, respect each other’s spaces, but also very chill. On Sundays we have movie night, currently that’s been put on hold to watch Game of Thrones!! Go Arya!!!.
