Additional soundproofing at the door ensures extra peace and quiet, and with the router and modem right in the room, you’ll have direct access for the fastest, most reliable internet connection. You’ll also have access to a modern laundry room with a washer, dryer, and plenty of cabinetry, plus generous pantry and fridge space for all your essentials. Bills in addition to rent for each roommate are $100 per month, this includes water, sewer, trash, electric, high-speed Spectrum internet, etc. Pets are allowed with prior approval. This room is truly the perfect place to call home!

Currently, there is two male roommates (military) and keep the home very clean, especially in shared spaces. Common areas are well-maintained, ensuring a tidy and comfortable living environment for everyone.
