This home has a lot to offer! One of its highlights is the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. There’s a handful of fruit trees—a nice touch for anyone who loves fresh produce. Inside, there are two separate living rooms. You’ll also appreciate the plenty of refrigerator space and ample storage areas throughout the house, making it easy to stay organized. All shared spaces are always kept clean. Plus, it’s only a ten minute commute to classes at CMU!

You’ll be living with three easygoing roommates (2 guys, 1 girl) who all work full-time and are currently studying for certifications. The two guys share a bathroom, and our current female roommate would prefer another girl to share hers with.

We’re all respectful of each other’s space while still keeping a friendly, social atmosphere around the house. We’re big fans of river float season and enjoy hanging out together from time to time — whether that’s cornhole and backyard games, Mario Kart, or poker nights. We also do a good job keeping the common areas clean and are always willing to help each other out when needed.
