I am offering a room for rent in my 2 story home. Comes with a full size bed with frame and drawers in it and a side table with 3 drawers. Room can also come unfurnished at your request. Your own bathroom. Room has a closet with mirrored doors. Shared kitchen. All utilities included. Parking space. We are cannabis and dog friendly household with a large fenced in backyard and a quiet neighborhood. Close to 14 freeway and college of the canyons east campus. Also close to Vons and sprouts. Must be a clean person that cleans up after themselves. If you have a dog rent will increase to $1150 per month.
