No pets allowed, no smoking and or vaping inside the house, cero tolerance to drugs (including marihuana)No overnight guests. House is located in Rialto City between freeways 10 and 210, nearby shopping centers and supermarkets, close main street is Foothill boulevard. Rent is $650 a month plus $300 deposit to get in. We require prove of income and employment, 3 last paid stud.
