Currently unfurnished basement bedroom (I can provide furnishings if needed) with shared living space. Space includes private bedroom with large closet & 3/4 bath in basement. Shared spaces include kitchenette area in basement & basement living room along with full kitchen and second living room on main (1st) floor. The basement is a ‘walk-out’, so the living room has windows and outdoor access to back yard.

Quiet area, close to everything.

With two living rooms, dining area and two floors there’s plenty of room to either hangout or have private space, depending on the day! My ideal roommate must prefer to keep both their private as well as shared areas picked up and tidy.

I have a 3 year old cat who uses her litter boxes but will steal small objects given the opportunity!

Home is owner-occupied by one “fifty-something” year old female. I work full time days (M-F, 8-5) and often spend nights away - so I am in and out sporadically throughout the week. 420 friendly, cigarette smoking outside only
