I also currently live in Anaheim/Stanton at least part time. Basically, I will not be at the condo for 50% - 100% of the time based on my family needs. Currently, I’m mainly in OC until about Mar/Apr.

I’m a busy middle aged Chinese female who is on the go often, grew up in the OC and have lived on and off in both OC & Long Beach.

I work in technology and work mostly remote at home, sometimes go to the office.

I spend my time working, watching TV (home repairs, money management, comedy), spending time with my dog, family, and friends. I drink socially. I live a quiet simple life and often out & about.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. If you prefer the master bed/bath, then rent is $2000.

If you have a friend who may want to split the condo with you, I am also open to renting out the entire unit to the two of you.
