AVAILABLE NOW. Fully furnished room for rent in my lovely historic Park Circle home, two blocks from East Montague Avenue and all it has to offer. All utilities (Electricity, high-speed wireless internet, cable tv, and water) are included in the rent. There is a large fenced in front yard, access to spacious kitchen and living room, and washer/dryer on site. Bed linens and towels are also included.

This room is approx 150 sf. It has a queen sized bed, two small dressers, armoire, desk, small television, and closet. It shares the hall bathroom.

A little bit about us: There are three of us, all professionals in our 50’s. I am an artist/photographer/filmmaker who works from home. My boyfriend and I share one bedroom as well as the hall bath, which we like to keep very clean. We usually take our showers in the evening, and my boyfriend heads to work super early, so we never seem to have much competition for the bathroom. Our other roommate has their own bath.

We have a dog who is very friendly after he has met you and if you feed him he will love you forever. Unfortunately, we are not open to additional pets.

We are all very easy going, like to keep the house common areas tidy and clean, and are respectful of other people’s schedules. We love for people to feel very comfortable and at home. We don’t want anything to do with drunkenness or drugs. This is a non-smoking home/property, and heavy or frequent smokers won’t be a good fit. Any smoking must be off the property. You will have full access to the kitchen and living room, but must clean up after yourself.

A little bit about you: You are gainfully employed, have steady dependable income and can supply references and pass a background check. You do not have pets. You know how to pick up after yourself, and wash a dish. You are drug free and have little to no drama. You are not judgmental, a racist, or a mass murderer. You are any gender, race, age, and you get along well with others.
