About the room
Live in the most desirable neighborhood in Pasadena. Within ½ block you will find Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee, Noah’s Bagels, Pavilions. Not to mention Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Corner Bakery, Macy’s, Erewhon and Trader Joe’s. Cal-Tech is just a few blocks away. Park your car and walk everywhere. Public transportation just outside the door. Lovely home with wireless internet and cable. Room is completely furnished with plush king-sized bed, dresser, nice leather chair, desk (not showing in photos) and TV. Lots of windows with beautiful natural light. Bathroom has a tub and shower. $1,200 plus $100 for utilities for a total of $1,300. I don’t want anyone with pets.
About the roomies
Someone quiet and respectful. NO COUPLES- NO CHILDREN and NO PETS. I am a female and the only one living here.
