Lots of storage space including a shed in back for bikes, paddle-boards, etc. Shared spaces include bathroom, kitchen, dining space, living room, and sun-room. Back yard has a fire-pit. Washer and dryer included.

I am 29, female, an employee at Logan health. I have a very friendly and well behaved border collie and my boyfriend’s blue heeler is also often around. No other pets please! Looking to rent one of the furnished bedrooms in the home to someone clean, laid-back, and responsible. I do not rent the 3rd bedroom out, it is a guest room available for your use as well.
