So in this last year I’ve been staying at and renting through an older friend who I met through playing baseball. It’s a nice big house (3000 sq ft) with a pool and hot tub in quite possibly one of the best and safest neighborhoods in all of Sacramento- however that may big the biggest knock is the fact that Sacramento is 30 minutes away. If you plan on being in the city a lot, the miles and drive time take a toll- this isn’t an issue for many, but something to consider if you know you’ll be commuting everyday. A minute off El Dorado Hills Blvd. we have 1-2 dogs here- A boxer named Buddy who’s the gentlest gentlemen, and a puppy Nala who’s got the young puppy energy, very playful. If you can be sure you are good for rent that will likely be at 1100 with utilities included, we are interested. Please reach out for further details. We are all pretty easy going, younger bunch. Ages 23-29. So ideally someone under 30 would probably be best. Early 30s we’ll consider.

Hudson is an extrovert and enjoys conversating with just about anyone, very friendly, very nice, smokes a little 🌲 here and there. Been with us over a year now. Solid Roomate all around. Elena (28) works as a physical therapist and Ike’s to stay active through volleyball and the gym. Also gives youth lessons for volleyball around Folsom.

The open room is downstairs and second biggest room in the house. It’s pretty massive so we will consider couples considering we have a couple moving out from there. bathrooms - downstairs is generally the guys, girls upstairs (bath included and more space). Three more rooms are upstairs- myself, Michael and Elena will be in.

We are all easy going and I keep the communication through us all the best I can through a group chat to always keep everyone on the same page.
